Starting out as an apprentice transitioning to a site manager in the Airports and baggage/parcel delivery industries I consider myself a results driven, quality focused site manager/project manager with varied experience covering a range of engineering disciplines; mechanical, electrical, controls and civils. Experience in the management and delivery of projects varying from thousands to multi-million pound contracts over both short and long term plans. Proven track record for delivery of projects to successfully completion demonstrating and maintaining high standards and quality of work. Strong leadership skills with the ability to raise staff motivation and increase quality through monitoring and evaluation of workmanship. Im a creative thinker, a problem solver competent to make sound decisions. A good communicator and the go between from the client and the design, program and commercial teams to suppliers carrying out works. I’m always keen to learn new things and try and implement new learnings into my work.
