I have built an international career reconnecting organisations with their core purpose while aligning commercial and ESG goals. From start-ups to mature organisational transformations that capitalise on emerging trends, I have moved concepts through to execution, at pace. Most recently, I have played a key role in the rationalisation, modernisation and digitisation of Australia’s largest family office and philanthropy, Tattarang and Minderoo Foundation. Forging new paths at the intersection of commercial purpose, business responsibility, and philanthropy, today the family office and its Foundation stands proudly as a leader in its segment. Developing and incubating ideas that have resulted in pioneering partnerships across government, academia and industry, Tattarang and Minderoo Foundation are converting billions of dollars in commercial and philanthropic funds into global initiatives addressing some of the world’s biggest and most complex of issues, including artificial intelligence, climate change and the COVID-19 pandemic. As a leader, my number one priority it to make people feel heard. I encourage people to speak freely and create an atmosphere of open ideation.
