As a Junior Sales Trader at IG Group, I work with clients to execute over-the-counter (OTC) trades and capture them accurately in the system. I also monitor the market movements and provide timely updates and analysis to clients and senior traders. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can apply my attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.I graduated with a B.Sc (Hons) in Economics and Finance from Queen Mary University of London in 2022, where I developed a strong foundation in economic theory, financial markets, and quantitative methods. I also participated in several virtual experience programs and a finance trading program, where I gained exposure to different aspects of the financial service industry, such as risk management, investment management, and trading strategies. I am passionate about learning new skills and expanding my knowledge in the field. My long-term goal is to become a successful sales trader and contribute to the growth and innovation of the industry.
