You will notice that I am a big fan of long-term plans, and always try to see the whole picture - what effect will this action have in the long run, not just in the initial stage. Is there a backup plan in place, and in which critical stage should we go for plan B. Planning is everything – timing just as crucial. Things will almost certainly not go exactly according to plan. The important thing is to be prepared for it, and have solid correction of error plan. I have a highly analytic profile, chances are, I find deficiencies in most business models or strategic plans. More important though, is the way your company deal with those situations. In most cases you are forced to deal with it in a reactive way, simply because you weren´t proactive to begin with. I love analyzing all sorts of business scenarios, to be creative and find solutions for whatever road bump that occur along the way.
