About Daniel Steiger

I joined the education industry because of passions for learning, growing, and helping other achieve their best. These passions led me down a path in my job that began as a part-time weekend educator and ended with me as the top employee running the daily operations of the organization. Out of my 12 plus years in the education industry, 5 ½ had been in an administrative role at a small not-for profit education center that serving over children each year. My work had a direct impact on helping the organization achieve 4 straight years of revenue growth. This was achieved by creating a positive and collaborative work environment, providing excellent service for my clients, improving marketing initiatives, client services, launching a new website, developing new programs/events, and improving old ones. I alsomanaged capital improvement projects including remodeling projects, nature preserve restoration, restoring nature trails, and creating outdoor classrooms. Recently, I have been transferring my experiences and skills into project management. I have earned Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute as of April 2023. I am looking to combine and transfer my skill set in to a project management role.
