Since taking over as General Manager, I’ve led the company through a period of consistent growth by aligning teams around clear priorities, deepening client engagement, and transforming market insight into meaningful results. My approach combines strategic thinking with a strong focus on people — fostering a culture where collaboration, respect, and accountability thrive. I’ve worked across Asia (notably Singapore), as well as in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, and Luxembourg, managing diverse teams and navigating complex environments with ease. I’m fluent in English, German, French, and Luxembourgish, and I thrive in multicultural settings.
