About Daniel Stevenson

Envision a world where words are caring, true, and trustworthy, cultivating goodness, healing, and reconciliation. We are all capable of making the world a better place through our spoken and written communication. My place is to model that hard work and coach others, nurturing people and nourishing their words to produce good fruit. Organizations optimally operate at the intersection of clear communication, empathy, and honesty. While collaborating with others from various backgrounds can be difficult, it does not have to be impossible. This is where I come in. Operating in non-profit and higher education sectors for over 10 years, I have witnessed leadership and team-building successes and missteps. My experiences inspired me to study leadership and communication and pursue a career as an educator and religious practitioner. In my current roles, I have worked with students from all 6 continents and guided a non-profit organization through a pandemic, staff transitions, and physical location changes all while achieving financial stability for the purpose of promoting sustainable change that unlocks each team member's potential and cultivating a caring community.
