Over the past 6 year I have been employed at National Australia Bank in a Technical Support Analyst role and more recently as a Test Analyst focusing on automation. In 2013 I graduated from the Bachelor of Business Information Systems program at RMIT University. Some of my key skills are: • Over 5 years experience providing 24/7 on call support for low latency / high frequency real time trading applications. •Created automated test suites in SoapUI. Including data driven & performance tests with SOAP, REST, HTTP and JDBC. •Agile experience working in both Kanban and Scrum based teams. •Supported and tested applications in Unix/ Linux and Windows. Throughout my time as a Quality Analyst I have been a champion for documentation and process improvement. My Technical Support experience enables the team to see documentation through a different lens and pushes it as a priority instead of an afterthought. My goal is to remove as many blockers and unnecessary documentation hurdles. The biggest value I will provide to your team is an automation first approach to testing. I will use my abilities to create comprehensive test suites in SoapUI to reduce the need for manual testing. My goal is to get automated test suites running post release from Jenkins to reduce feedback loops with developers.
