Streets is a seasoned financial professional with a 35-year history in financial and operational leadership with success raising public and private debt and equity, execution of mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings utilizing straight IPO and reverse takeover strategies and including SOX compliance implementation. With a degree in business administration from Ohio State University and eight years of public accounting experience with KPMG Peat Marwick, Dan embarked on a series of Chief Financial Officer assignments with large and small companies spanning the energy, nutraceuticals, real estate development, and hospitality/travel industries.
