My work focuses on transforming cutting-edge research into solutions that advance precision medicine, biomarker-driven diagnostics, and biotechnological progress. In my current role at Senostic GmbH, I lead a multidisciplinary R&D team dedicated to developing new approaches in microbial process optimization, biomarker discovery, and translational diagnostics for neurodegenerative diseases. One of my major achievements has been the establishment and scale-up of the company’s laboratory infrastructure — from initial setup to operational maturity — including process design, workflow creation, quality systems, and compliance structures. My responsibilities blend scientific leadership, management, and regulatory alignment (ISO 13485, GenTSV), ensuring that innovative solutions meet both scientific and clinical standards. Earlier, through the iGEM Synthetic Biology competition, I built a strong foundation in microbial expression and interdisciplinary innovation, which continues to shape my scientific perspective today.
