Dan Sulkoske is Founder and President of Kramer Companies, located in central Indiana since 1998. Sulkoske recognized the need for an independent consulting resource (for the Owner) that focuses on making the entire construction project process transparent and holding all associated professionals accountable (Design through Project Closeout).
