I’m a seasoned military veteran with over 30 years of service, rising from Airman First Class to Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. My career spans aerospace maintenance and signals intelligence, where I’ve honed a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and operational excellence. From ensuring mission readiness for C-130E and AC-130H Spectre gunships during Operations DENY FLIGHT and CONTINUE HOPE to leading high-altitude ISR missions, I’ve delivered results in high-stakes environments. As a Signals Intelligence Analyst and Chief Enlisted Manager at the 101st Intelligence Squadron, I supervised 50+ personnel, processed +42k signals, and produced +10k technical products across three Combatant Commands, earning multiple Air Force Achievement Medals, Commendation Medals, and Meritorious Service Medals. My technical skills include turbo-prop engine maintenance, SIGINT analysis, and Joint Signal Processor (JSP) system validation, complemented by certifications like Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis and DCGS Special Signals Operator as well as Ground Mission Supervisor. As a USAF Green Belt in Continuous Improvement, I optimized processes, managing 260+ evaluation folders and transitioning 2,800 records to the Patriot Excalibur program, saving 1,840 man-hours. I thrive on solving complex problems, whether troubleshooting aircraft systems under hostile conditions or resolving SIGINT/IMINT geolocation errors. Leadership is at my core. I’ve mentored airmen, chaired hiring panels, and developed training programs, preparing 57 members for new standards.
