Mr. Daniel Surya is a SAP Technical Quality Manager with 17+ years of various experiences in area of: • Basis Administration • SAP Netweaver Administration (Business Warehouse, Enterprise Portal, and Process Integration) • SAP Solution Manager (Project Road-Map, Change Request Management, Service Desk, Root Cause Analysis, System Monitoring, and Business Process Monitoring) • SAP Netweaver Development (Process Integration / Process Orchestration – ABAP & JAVA 7.x – (Double and Single Stack) • ABAP & Java Development related to Process Integration / Process Orchestration • Enterprise Portal Administration / Configuration • Project Manager • Technical Quality Manager with thorough technical knowledge to support implementation project from preparation phase to post go-live. He has spent his time since March 2001 as an active member of several SAP implementations projects ranging from SAP R/3, SAP SCM, SAP XI/PI, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Enterprise Portal, SAP SRM, SAP CRM, SAP BPC and SAP BW with last position as Basis Stream Lead and Process Integration Development Lead. He has also been handling several ad hoc consulting requests from SAP customers. Apart from his excellent knowledge in supporting SAP technology under different operating systems and database platforms, he possesses special strength in Oracle database administration. As a TQM, he involves in critical and complex customer engagements and drives that the right services out of the SAP portfolio of proactive and reactive support services are delivered at the right point in time. He also acts as a link to all relevant SAP departments and the SAP Partners for all phases of the customer lifecycle.
