As Senior Director & Plant Manager at Hydropool, I lead large-scale operations with a focus on 6S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, safety culture, and cross-functional efficiency. Whether it’s turning around underperforming sites, driving EBITDA growth, improving KPIs, or building winning team cultures, I lead from the front — with a strong commitment to people and performance. Prior to my corporate career, I was a hockey champion with multiple teams across different countries.
