About Daniel Talbot

With over 30 years of leadership and management experience in the military, federal, and civilian sectors, I am a people and process driven professional who specializes in leading diverse teams across a broad spectrum of situations and missions. As an Investment Manager at ProSoDel, I support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Office of Information and Technology in providing assessments, analysis, and strategic recommendations as they realign their IT investment portfolios. I am a certified Project Manager Professional and Agile Hybrid Project Pro, with expertise in Capital Planning and Investment Control and Portfolio Assessment. I have a proven track record of achieving results in a variety of civilian, commercial, and defense environments, and a passion for reaching goal-oriented objectives. I am currently the Project Manager of a pilot program for implementing ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management module within VA OIT, a significant project that will enhance the management of the VA's IT portfolios. I strive to apply my skills from both military and civilian careers to lead teams in executing company goals and policies.
