About Daniel Terry

As an undergraduate teaching assistant at the University of Arkansas, I guide and support students in their learning and assignments for two courses: Computing Methods for Industrial Engineers and Probability and Stochastic Processes. I also grade assignments, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation of performance. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Analytics, with a passion for applying mathematical and analytical skills to solve real-world problems. I have been recognized as the 2022 ArcBest Outstanding Freshman, and have maintained a 3.96 GPA. In addition to my academic achievements, I have also gained valuable leadership and teamwork skills through my internships at Pine Cove, a Christian summer camp. As a leadership intern, I managed, mentored, and instructed over 40 college staff, and oversaw the personal and professional development of each team member. I am eager to learn more about the industrial engineering field and apply my skills and knowledge to real-world challenges. I am looking for opportunities to expand my network, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the success of organizations and communities.
