In 2023, I left the securities business to work in private equity, raising capital from Accredited investors for King Operating, an Oil, Gas and Water exploration and production company. King's mission is to deploy $200M of raised capital and turn it into $1.34B in 3-5 years. Having already acquired leases totaling over 100k+ acres, our existing diversified basins of real estate infrastructure from East Texas and West Texas (Borden County), to Colorado and Wyoming, we are already providing monthly passive income to our partners. In fact, from the period of time from June 2022 - June 2023, we achieved a 10% monthly passive income average for our partner investors! With oil and gas prices in their lower bounds ranges, commodities are set to take off as billions around the global are set to enter the lower middle class, with a bulk of that percentage going from living on $1 a day, to $3 a day. Doesn't sound like much, until you think in their perspective, that they have tripled their income. ESG is not the answer for these individuals. Oil and Gas have been reliable sources of reliable energy for over 100 years. Additional highlights, education and work experience: I am a 2010 undergraduate of Southern New Hampshire University with my Bachelors in Business Administration from the 3Year Honors Program. In May, 2014 I also received my Global MBA at Southern New Hampshire University with a Concentration in Finance. I have owned and run businesses, I've been in the real estate business, banking and insurance businesses, as well as the financial services industry covering a wide range of products, services and portfolios for over 17 years. I was a Two-Time President's Circle Achiever while at Fidelity Investments, and in 2021, I received Empower's Top Division performance award.
