Working as a Cyber Director at KPMG Romania by day and as a bug Bounty hunter at HackerOne by night, I gained extensive background in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on ethical hacking, penetration testing, and bug bounty programs. My journey in the field has been driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, constantly trying to discover new hacking methods and defend against sophisticated cyber threats. My expertise lies in devising strategic cybersecurity frameworks that not only safeguard organizational assets, but also foster a culture of security awareness. I've successfully led numerous high-profile penetration testing projects, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing robust security measures to mitigate risks. Through ethical hacking, I've helped businesses worldwide to strengthen their defenses, making them resilient against cyber-attacks. I like to joke that my next goal is focused around "HACKING PENGUINS", so I can safely say that I delivered ethical hacking projects on all seven continents! I'm deeply involved in the bug bounty community, working closely with ethical hackers worldwide to uncover and address security flaws before they can be exploited maliciously. This collaborative approach has been instrumental in enhancing the security posture of numerous organizations, demonstrating the value of community-driven security initiatives. I am also looking into publishing more security research articles and presenting at Cybersecurity conferences, in an effort to give back to the community. At KPMG Romania, I lead a team of dedicated cybersecurity professionals, fully focused on Penetration Testing and Red Teaming projects, guiding them in leveraging their skills to protect our clients and stay ahead of cyber threats. My goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of what's possible in cybersecurity, embracing new technologies to create a safer digital world for everyone.
