Using Lean Agile and DevOps concepts and practices I work to empower teams to deliver more value faster, safer while maintaining the highest possible quality and the least amount of risk exposure. I enjoy coaching teams and partnering up with individuals along the entire value stream to help optimize and maximize their potential by providing tools, training, and support. I am always evolving and learning the latest trends and platforms being delivered in the market, always experimenting, reflecting, and continuously improving. I'm also passionate about exceeding clients’ expectations for service and product delivery. I love learning about customers’ opportunities and challenges and finding solutions using modern technology, scale, and optimization of business processes and services. I have enjoyed several leadership and executive positions throughout my career in project management, product management, risk analysis, oversight, data analysis and visualization, consultation, sales, and strategy. I can scale business processes using streamlining and automation concepts and tools-I put the customer at the center of all I do-I excel at the planning, execution, and implementation of ideas with given constraints-I seek context and data to formulate my decisions I can align, develop, lead, and grow service and product teams-I have a strong business background with the ability to speak tech and exec-I love reaching outcomes where the result of the project is a win for the business and the customer-I tell great narratives that motivate people to take action. I educate, evolve, refine, and drive myself to be a better person -I am constantly learning and incorporating new ideas and processes into my skill set when appropriate-I stay calm when faced with adversity -I focus on making high-quality decisions. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
