New Construction/Installation Operations Manager. I am currently supervising all new elevator installations in the State of Nebraska, as well as Western Iowa for TK Elevator. I have been the co-chairman of the Elevator Union (IUEC)/Company Joint Apprenticeship Committee (JAC) since 2017. The committee is responsible for managing and directing the implementation of curriculum, administering and monitoring probationary training and evaluation programs for all new hires entering the trade, and administering a home study program for eligible students. Other experience includes: earthwork, paving (concrete & asphalt), concrete structures, bridge building, drainage, utilities, and traffic control, among others. Some responsibilities include project management, crew management, contract management, cost/revenue management, cost forecasting, engineering, design coordination, scheduling, surveying, estimating and value engineering.
