About Daniel Turner

My Role > The strategic point of contact for a number of large Hospitality organisations. This means working with clients to make them aware of our software portfolio from our industry-specific solutions, to our wide range of cross-divisional products. However my role can also take a hands-on capacity with being the client's voice within Access and liaising internally to make sure standards are being upheld. My Aim > To provide solutions for clients which improve efficiencies, increase automation, and ideally - directly or indirectly - save time and money. My Experience > I joined Access Hospitality in August 2022 after almost five years as an Account Manager in Access. The first half of this was in the FMS division, where I assisted and managed over 100 projects per year, albeit in a larger and more diverse customer base. From 2020 until August 2022, I worked in the Health & Social Care division managing some of Access' largest clients from a strategic perspective. My Company > The Access Group are one of the fastest growing software companies in the world, comprising of 10 divisions including Health & Social Care, Hospitality, and Education, as well as a number of horizontals such as Finance, HR, and Digital Learning & Compliance. Access are an acquisitive business looking to provide end-to-end solutions within each sector. My History > Prior to Access, I have held a number of positions in my short working life, including working in warehouses, building sites, and within data entry. However, this was always alongside journalism, where I have worked for the Dallas Cowboys on a number of occasions, as well as providing work for The Mail on Sunday, Daily Telegraph, and Northern Echo. I also ran my own NFL Draft website called nfl-draft-zone.com Me > Outside of work, I am a man of many interests. It won't be surprising after reading my work history to know that I am a keen American Football fan, but have an interest in basically any sport you can think of, especially my beloved Leicester City. As well as this, I compete in Ballroom & Latin Dancing, enjoy hiking and rock climbing, and love reading.
