I focus my legal practice on corporate law, estate planning and probate, and real estate transactions. Whether I’m working with individuals, families, entrepreneurs, or business owners, my goal is to provide thoughtful, practical counsel that helps clients protect their interests and make informed decisions. I enjoy helping clients navigate a wide range of legal matters, whether it’s selecting the right tools for asset protection, planning for loved ones, or launching and growing a new business. I take pride in being thorough and responsive, ensuring my clients feel informed and supported at every stage of the process. What drives my work is a desire to help people clearly define their objectives and implement smart, strategic solutions designed to support their long-term goals. Whether guiding a family through the estate planning process or advising a business owner on entity formation, I strive to be a trusted advisor who helps clients achieve their goals and discover new opportunities along the way. I earned my J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where I was part of the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic and had the opportunity to assist clients in forming business entities and drafting operating agreements. During law school, I also spent two summers as a law clerk at Fraser Stryker working on estate planning and corporate law matters, experiences that confirmed my passion for helping people build legacies and solid foundations for the future. Before law school, I completed both my B.S. and M.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
