Track record includes working with public administration, government officials, labor unions, employer associations, educational institutions and researchers from various countries. Primary/co-author of various policy/strategy papers, policy recommendations as well as research articles. Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills, writing skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving capacities. Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and effectively fulfil responsibilities with tight deadlines. Experienced working in international and multidisciplinary teams, also over great physical distances and in multi-stakeholder contexts. Previously supported the OECD as an external consultant on skills policies in various country-level projects. Worked as a junior researcher in a long-term international research project on the governance of skills systems, financed by the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (University of St. Gallen, Switzerland).
