With a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and over 2 years of experience in data-driven roles, I specialize in transforming complex business processes into streamlined, automated, and efficient systems. My core strength lies in using Advanced Excel and VBA to build robust reports and tools that save time and eliminate errors. At Emerson, I've had the opportunity to dive deeper into the world of Business Intelligence. While my primary focus has been on mastering Excel, I have also started my journey with SQL and developed proof-of-concept dashboards in Power BI. I am passionate about my role as a liaison between business users (like Customer Care) and the BI team, where I help translate practical needs into technical specifications for more accurate reporting. I am a proactive learner, constantly seeking to expand my technical toolkit and apply my process-improvement mindset to new challenges.
