With more than 20 years of experience in the digital learning industry, it is a burning passion of mine to create values of life through high quality and immersive content to develop people. Here I start my carrier and achievements: 4 years of working experience (1994-1998) with PT. USI Jaya, agent for IBM in Indonesia in the IT Industry, specific in Banking and Financial Services Industry. Gaining professional skill in Global Process, Administration, Banking Products and Services through various functional. 6 years as team member of Product, Marketing and Sales Division (1998-2004) at PT. Mitra Integrasi Komputindo (MIK) before leading the team in bringing banking and financial product from product and solution packaging, pricing and defining marketing strategy. 3 years (2008-2010) with PT. Indonesia Inti Internet (triple-i) in developing business strategy and implementation, an MIK’ subsidiary company focusing on People Outsourcing for Multinational Companies. 14 years and 6 months at PT. Mitra Integrasi Komputindo (MIK), and established MIK eLearning Center®, Global learning Center, and Ultimate Learning Institute (ULI). My Personal Qualification: Highly motivated and result oriented, learn quickly with a strong work ethic in a good time management skills. Committed team player with finely tuned interpersonal and communication skills. Good interpersonal & communication skills, strategic planning and critical thinking, strong analytical skill, good negotiating and presentation skills.
