My strength lies in combining strategic vision with hands-on execution—guiding cross-functional teams and complex programs with clarity and purpose. My background includes scientific programming and computational methods, along with mentoring Master's and PhD students, as well as colleagues and team members holding advanced degrees, fostering growth and collaboration across diverse academic and professional backgrounds. I excel in communication, organization, and project management, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex programs. I successfully designed and established a comprehensive Project Management Office (PMO) framework and team structure, which continues to guide and oversee more than 50 projects across 15+ countries. Holding multiple certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMP®, PMI-PMOCP™, PMO-CP™). From day one of my career I’m driven by a clear mission: to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of healthcare through impactful project delivery.
