About Daniel van Deuren

My name is Daniel Van Deuren. I had a fruitfull and very succesful international Career of more than 30 years within DEME, being part of the succesful growth of the company from a KMO to a real multinational. My background is financial / controlling in the dredging, oil-gas- offshore related works together with civil / earthmoving works. My career history clearly demonstrates a proven ability to take up different finance related functions at all times in a permanent hectic and changing environment. My colleagues value me for being a logical thinker, having a strong and in depth organizational savy toghether with a strong work ethic. This all taking into account my following realizations. Proven track record as Senior Area Controller for more than 15 Years for Middle East / South Asia. More than 30 Years of experience in overall financial controlling and management within the DEME Group. Worldwide business experience in more than 40 Countries. During this period I was an active Board / Exco Member for different Business Units and Joint Ventures. Exco Member for the development of a new succesful business line for DEME Earthmoving Works Worldwide. At this moment I'm exploring opportunities that will take advantage of my / that will build on my enormous general worldwide high level experience in financial controlling and management. I'm eager to bring in my broad experience to a new organisation using my critical and problem solving skills this can be in an advisory supporting role or mentorship for youngers. Since August 2022 I'm active as Manager ad Iterim for Van Rooy B.V.
