I have successfully launched several online platforms and services that have increased the engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty of our clients and members. I have an MBA from Universidad de Chile and multiple certifications in critical thinking, decision-making, and team-building. I also have over 10 years of teaching experience at the same university, where I share my knowledge and insights with the next generation of industrial engineers and business leaders. I am passionate about applying my skills in marketing, negotiation, business planning, and strategic planning to create innovative and effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
