About Daniel Vazquez

CRM strategies are my passion. I started my career 15+ years ago as a CRM Dynamics consultant involved in various projects on public and private sectors. After a few years I decided to move away from my consulting life, looking for firms with robust IT organizations that would allow me to continue to enrich my professional experience, and I currently work for an international company with presence in over 150 countries. My role as an IT Business Analyst CRM allowed me to participate first in local CRM solutions in the USA and Canada, and then in a very exciting global CRM strategy that merged Europe and America solutions into one, allowing to leverage common ways of working and best practices among different markets and countries. These experiences have brought the biggest challenges in my professional career, but they have also been extremely rewarding. In my 15+ years of experience in the IT industry I have immersed myself into various roles around CRM, serving as a consultant, configurator, developer, interface specialist, business analyst, project manager, scrum master and team leader. This has allowed me to really understand the IT solutions on a technical level, as well as supporting companies into planning, implementing and managing CRM strategies.
