My journey in Engineering is marked by the constant search for technical and strategic excellence. Graduated in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Anhanguera and with a postgraduate degree in Project and Process Management from IPOG, I developed my career in companies that are references in Electrical and Industrial Automation. With a career that began in the technical area and evolved into leadership positions, I worked in various stages of the project cycle, including solution development, contract management, client prospecting, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Currently, as Manager of the Electrical and Automation Department at HDN Bombas, I lead teams dedicated to projects, budgets, assemblies and technical assistance, ensuring the delivery of complete, high-quality solutions — from lead qualification to commissioning. My goal is to transform challenges into opportunities, optimizing processes, strengthening partnerships and exceeding goals. Whether connecting teams, defining strategies or delivering results that make a difference, I am always looking for innovation and positive impact in the industrial automation sector.
