My name is Daniel Vest and I am an accomplished service professional. I have over ten years experience in management and restaurant positions. My comfort zone is in service operations but I have attended culinary college and am well versed in kitchen procedures as well. I fully understand the inventory process and managing of P&L. I am ServeSafe certified and very conscious of sanitary practices. I believe that all successful businesses are run locally as the local community is the driving force for all sales. I am able to adhere to corporate agendas while transforming those goals to fit on a neighborhood level. I believe that sales are gained through direct interaction with the community and that success comes from knowing your guests on a personal level. I am also a natural teacher and seek to instill passion for service and quality into anyone I work with.
