I have led large scale, multimillion dollar procurements, reshaped key processes, rebuilt relationships, strengthened contract governance, and identified major cost saving opportunities while improving service levels. My background in lean process optimization, project and change management, staff education, and team development has supported the delivery of high impact initiatives involving cross functional teams and alignment with provincial partners. I bring advanced skills in contract management and executive level performance reporting. I have integrated sustainability and equity principles into procurement practices in ways that support both operational efficiency and broader organizational goals. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, I have completed a Master’s in Supply Chain Management, earned my Six Sigma Black Belt, and participated in numerous industry specific training programs.
