During my 16-year tenure at U.S. Medical Management (USMM), I led strategic growth, managed an $80M Diagnostic Services division, and built a nationwide, 24/7 patient care call center, improving access, care coordination, and profitability. I also spearheaded large-scale projects that enhanced operational efficiency while enabling clinical teams to deliver superior care.
