Regarding more personal info about me: 5-years operator with a background in food waste and resource recovery. I have previous experience in the start-up sector with regards to food waste and insecurity in tertiary settings. I've placed myself on a path of learning and self-development to aid me in achieving my goals. I do this by actively exploring new information, gaining perspectives from opposing ends, and aligning myself with heavyweights in the industry. I am totally fine with being the least smartest in the room. Adaptability, Collaboration and Diligence are my main strengths. I always aim to foster positive work relationships wherever I go. My future work will look at the intersections between food systems, urban regeneration and ecological restoration to help shift away from our current linear economic system to one which is more equitable and regenerative in nature.
