As my experience shows I've worked in different fields over time but one thing has always been consistent in every job, customer service. Every job I've had has helped me build a tremendous sense of what customer's need and how to anticipate those needs but it all starts with listening to the customer. At this point in my life I'm looking to transition to a company that has clients, not customers. I'd like to work with clients to provide specific solutions for their needs but also be able to invest the time and resources necessary to do so. I have unfortunately been laid off due to Covid-19 but look forward to whatever is next. I'm open to any and all opportunities in the Kansas City metro area.
