Growing up in East Tennessee on my families farm has given me a lifelong background in the Agricultural segment. During high school I was heavily involved in FFA and Agricultural Education, which helped me develop stronger leadership skills. After graduating from UCHS, I attended The University of Tennessee at Knoxville where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with my focus major being in Agricultural Business and Economics. During my time at UT I earned several scholarships, as well as, a summer internship with Tennessee Farmers Co-Op in 2010, which lead to my employment with Knox Farmers Co-Op. After spending 3-1/2 years in the Co-Op system I left to pursue a career with Ritchie Tractor Company as a sales representative. My professional background includes sales and some management.
