About Daniel Wendt

Currently I connect people to Successful Life Coaches and Mentors who teach how to get where they are! I have received a certificate for project management and enjoy working with, organizing, and directing people and projects. I have managed and completed more than twelve different projects, from complete home remodels to slide show presentations. At Edmonds Community College, I work in the Career Action Center assisting students find rewarding jobs that fit them well and help them match their education, skills and abilities with the positions they have chosen to apply for. I have twenty years of construction experience working with many different aspects and types of projects. With ten years as a heavy equipment operator, five years as a roofer and two years with tree work, I love to climb and am very confident on ladders and using climb gear. I’m skilled at marketing, customer service and sales. One project that really shined, was a complete home remodel. We turned a 1950’s, 1100 square foot rambler into a square foot, gorgeous home focused on an amazing view, with a three car garage and a circle driveway. I managed the planning, ordering of materials, and demolition. I Hired and organized contractors, while completing much of the work including excavation, trusses and roofing. I also managed five other workers during this fun and exciting project. Another great example was a fix-n-flip in Lynnwood,Wa. Where we made over 120k profit. I look forward to being a great manager with any forward thinking company. I enjoy being a leader and am an effective team builder, training and motivating team members. Always looking to streamline processes while ensuring safety in the field. I am capable of providing outstanding services to clients, prepare quotes, arrange scheduling, confirm jobs and follow up while moving into a bright future and building a growing business.
