I'm currently working on initiatives including: • Guiding Parsons’ Global Digital Delivery Program for technical users across business units, driving productivity and efficiencies • Launching AI pilots across multiple business lines, unlocking double-digit efficiency gains and new revenue pathways • Co-founded our Infrastructure North America AI Innovation Team and establishing responsible AI use best practices for colleagues in North America • Mentored engineers, interns, and co-op students, building high-trust, multidisciplinary teams that experiment safely and deliver at scale My leadership philosophy is simple: empower talent, de-risk innovation, and keep stakeholders at the centre.
