My background spans sales, business development, and general management within industrial, chemical, food and life science B2B environments. I’m passionate about driving growth, developing people, and creating clarity and focus in organizations. My leadership style is hands-on, transparent, and goal-oriented and combining strategic thinking with operational execution. Over the years, I’ve led sales transformations, developed key customer and distributor partnerships, and driven profitability improvements while building performance-driven, collaborative cultures. Now open to new opportunities as Managing Director, Country Manager, Sales Director, or other commercial leadership roles where I can combine strategy, people, and execution to deliver long-term business impact.
