About Daniel Wilde

I became licensed to practice law in the states of Utah and California in 2007, and Arizona in 2022. During that time, I have handled a wide variety of transactions and litigation. My focus for the past few years has been labor and employment law, advising on and assisting with compliance with federal labor laws and the seperate employment laws across all 50 states. I advise on HIPAA, ADA, FLMA, FLSA, privacy and legal/regulatory compliance issues. I have developed multiple processes and programs for HR staff, drafted contracts, and assisted in employee disciplinary actions. I have also led and directed numerous clients and colleagues, reviewed, interpreted and analyzed commercial contracts and data compilations, and successfully developed meaningful relationships with institutional and individual clients. On a transactional level, I have experience with corporate law, risk analysis, contracts, deal-making and operations, representing several corporate clients as outside counsel. I have also served as lead counsel in insurance fraud investigations. With regard to litigation, I have been the lead attorney on numerous cases, and have experience handling matters from inception to trial and through appeal in a number of areas of law, including business law, insurance defense, professional malpractice, labor and employment defense, property law, real estate, and catastrophic injury defense. I also take pride in mentoring less-experienced attorneys and non-attorneys in a corporate context to optimize operational effectiveness and minimize risk. My ability to lead group discussions and mentor other attorneys has proved incredibly meaningful to my corporate clients and employers.
