UNCONVENTIONAL CAREER SUMMARY Professional Creative/ Business Owner/ Photographer I put myself through school selling door-to-door in the summers making $30K-$60K (was miserable doing it, but “grinded it out” for the money). My real dreams were in 3rd world economic development - not really a career path, so after graduating from BYU, I started a company in my previous door-to-door industry to make the money to finance that dream. Into it a few years, realizing I wasn’t on track for millions, I stopped the madness of doing things I hate to pursue something I love: Photography & the ocean. In 2009, I innovated a unique adventure photography business in San Diego that did $225K in it’s 3rd year, and I’ve been doing photography & video ever since. I’m now based in Las Vegas since 2013, working with extremely complex and creative shoots with a focus on performers & commercial clients. As the Swiss Army knife of my own photography companies, I have gained experience in design and marketing in a wide range of channels.
