About Daniel Woodward

With 17 years in the retail industry I have developed many skills and connections across all parts of the business including head office, warehousing and retail, where I have been a store manager for the best part of 12 years. In 2022 I transitioned to a DEVELOPER within the HR systems team, where I was involved in one of the biggest HR system changes the company has ever completed. In this role my main projects were overseeing the implementation of the redwood UI across the entire Oracle HCM suite, the day to day support, maintenance and enhancements within the Oracle recruiting application along with other Talent Modules such as Learning and Performance Management. Most recently in Oct 2025, I have joined Namos Solutions as a HCM Consultant and my job is to help support and deliver Oracle HCM modules to various customers across all sectors.
