Proactively ensuring your systems are always running at their best- Backup Assurance and Restoration Testing | Giving you peace of mind that your data is always backed up and ready for when you need it the most- Cloud Assurance | Optimising your Cloud environment ensuring you get the most out of your platform whilst reducing costs- Managed Patching | Ensuring your systems are up-to-date, stable and secure with the latest vendor updates-Freshservice Architect, Support & ITSM Specialist Since implementing Freshservice in 2019, Waterstons have gone from strength to strength, revolutionising both our internal and Client facing support services with dramatic and tangible improvements across all of our key performance metrics. Through understanding current challenges with the existing ITSM platform, along with business requirements, goals and objectives, I am able to architect a fresh approach utilising the many benefits of adopting and implementing Freshservice. We can review existing product configurations to provide areas of improvement and recommendations as well as providing an intimate approach to product support and expert advice by getting to know you and your business to enable you to unlock the potential in the platform through best practice and innovative solutions-Given the nature of my role, I am the internal product owner and/or product specialist for several of our tools and platforms, including our ITSM solution, Freshservice, and our primary monitoring platforms, LogicMonitor & Backup Radar.
