About Daniel Yahya

With over 10 years of experience in the F&B industry, I am passionate about creating exceptional experiences for customers and driving business growth. As the Business Head of Kancha, a vibrant tea hub brand by Rekso Group, I lead the product curation, strategic planning, brand, and business development of the company, collaborating with stakeholders I enjoy bringing fresh ideas and energy to the table, and I have successfully opened 45 new outlets across Indonesia, reaching 90% of the target sales per outlet in my past works. Until today I'm blessed with various opportunities in my field of experience, from sales, marketing, operation, and business development. Not only in the F&B industry but also in the e-commerce and retail industry. And now I'm entrusted with this new brand as the business head I'm more than thrilled to bring something new to the market. My goal simply is to build a great culture inside the company, where people can freely learn and respect one another, from the people who are working at the store serving our dear customers to the head office level. I hope that we as the new generation can bring good value, especially in the F&B industry
