I start by assessing the property for damage. If needed I will have the property temporarily repaired to prevent further damage. Once a claim is filed I coordinate with the insurance adjuster to make sure I am present when the insurance adjuster accesses the property for damage. I am there for your interests and to ensure that everything get repaired, correctly on your investment. Once terms are met, my team will reconstruct your home/business to pre-storm condition. Then assist the homeowner with filing the appropriate paperwork with your insurance company to close the claim. Upon completion of work Modern Construction will also provide a Certificate of Warranty to the owner that protects all work done for 5 years.
