A multi-faceted Digital Media Strategist, Leader and Consultant with over 17 years of global experience. Well versed in leveraging data analytics, technology and innovation to spearhead business transformations and revenue growth in the Media & Advertising sector. Starting as a Relationship Manager in New Zealand, I have progressed in my career and am currently based in Dubai leading on all Programmatic and Monetization efforts for Choueiri Group's digital assets. Additionally, I also serve as the Managing Director of InMotion, a specialist programmatic & outcome solutions provider that I launched for Choueiri Group in 2022. Prior to this, I worked with The Weather Channel, VEVO and AOL in London where I led significant changes in omni channel operational processes to successfully drive sales, realize programmatic monetization and optimize inventory and yield management. This experience has given me an in-depth understanding of the online and mobile advertising industry across both, the display and video on demand (VOD) markets from a network and media owner perspective. While I am adept at macro ideation and building overarching strategy, I also have sound commercial acumen and can quickly recognize key business drivers, trends and client needs – allowing me to execute efficient micro, tactical initiatives. I am highly analytical by nature and capitalize on data-driven insights to make recommendations and determine strategic direction.
