I have been a key player in Avante Group's growth from a small, national MSP to establishing a global presence and growing 5 fold. I spent 2 years in the UK establishing Avante's first international office, expanding client base and reputation in Europe and establishing "follow the sun" support procedures. I have developed company wide systems and processes covering all facets of the business to support a growing company. I have managed some of the companies largest clients, developed strong long lasting relationships and maintained exceptionally high client retention. I have designed and managed complex projects across the globe, including non-english speaking and non-english system countries, including acquisitions and integrations, national mergers, complex medical environments and relocations of 24x7 businesses with minimal disruption.
