About Daniel Zick

I am an Attorney at Kerr, Russell & Weber, PLC as part of the firm's municipal litigation group. With over 10 years of litigation experience serving a diverse range of clientele. my expertise includes municipal litigation, labor and employment law matters, personal injury, product liability, and insurance defense matters. Throughout my career I have handled hundreds of matters from start to finish and I have substantial practice experience in state and federal trial courts throughout the state of Michigan, as well as appellate experience with the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Through this wide ranging experience, I have developed strong skills in legal research, analysis, writing, negotiation, and advocacy, and use these skills to protect the interests of my clients and resolve disputes in a favorable manner. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children and working on our family farm. I also coach youth sports, including baseball, football, and basketball, and serve as the president of our local youth basketball league.
