I have been in Sales and Customer Service for over 25 years. Most of that as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer and a Reverse Mortgage Banker. I have a history of specializing in originating residential loans in all 49 states for most of my career. I have experience with in-house underwriting including overlays to sell loans. I have knowledge of all current loan programs including VA - FHA - Conventional loans. I have experience in reviewing all tri merge credit reports, income documentation. Also, the loan process and procedures from start to closing. I have proficient computer skills with mortgage/banking software. I ran findings on all my loans and gathered all documents needed for underwriter approval. I used Reverse Vision on reverse loans for the most part and their own LOS system. My main objective is positive customer service and strong communication skills thru the complete loan process.
