I am an experienced ICT Project Manager with a passion for IT systems and innovative, smart solutions for businesses and the people who drive them. With over 18 years of experience in large IT organizations, I have gained a sustained level of expertise in various management and operational positions. I am a highly empathetic leader and a strong team player who promotes transparency and collaboration in the workplace. My expertise includes IT Operations, Service and Project Management, Cloud migrations and development, Team Management, and Account and Delivery Management. I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional with solid knowledge of continuous improvement concepts, focusing on Lean and Agile principles. I am a certified Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist with a background in Lean and Six Sigma transformations, achieving measurable results. I have extensive experience working with cloud technologies and possess practitioner knowledge of major public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. In my recent roles, I have led migration and development projects for customers in both the private and public sectors. Currently, I am leading infrastructure projects and supporting application migrations into Microsoft Azure Cloud, along with various other IT infrastructure projects. I have a continuous interest in innovative solutions that enable organizations to work efficiently and meet customer needs while nurturing employees' talents and potential, keeping them engaged and motivated.
